Declaring Land in the Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

CANTEBURY LAND DISTRICT—AKAROA COUNTY

4067 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 14191, situated in Block XIV, Pigeon Bay Survey District. All certificate of title 524/146. Subject to a pipeline easement created by lease 8964.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of October 1982.

Amending a Proclamation Setting Apart Land Held For State Housing Purposes for the Purposes of a Mental Hospital in Block I, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 21st day of August 1958, and published in the Gazette of the 28th day of August 1958, No. 53 at page 1124, setting apart land held for State housing purposes for the purposes of a mental hospital in Block I, Belmont Survey District, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, and described as follows:
