NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

TRADE AND INDUSTRY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION (AUSTRALIA) PTY. LTD. with reference to Glenpark Agrichem Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of October 1982 it appointed Bryan Norrcys Kensington and David William Macc, both of Auckland, chartered accountants whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Wilkinson, Wilberfoss, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a deed of debenture dated the 1st day of July 1982. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

THE Bank of New Zealand with reference to Michael Casey Motorcycles Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of October 1982, the Bank appointed Christopher John Hughes and Warwick Mark Aitken, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Wilkinson Wilberfoss, Chartered Accountants, AMP Building, 586 Victoria Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 16th day of June 1978. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

THE advertisement of the winding-up petition concerning Starkers Jean Co. Limited printed in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 October 1982 on page 3315 was inadvertently printed after instructions to cancel it had been received. The Government Printer apologises to all concerned for any inconvenience caused by the error.
