(formerly Challenge Finance Ltd.) at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of October 1982 it appointed John William Spencer Mooney and John Garry Stevens, both of Wellington, solicitors as receivers and managers of the property of Anza Motors Ltd. under the provisions contained in a debenture dated the 17th day of April 1978 which property consists of all the assets and undertaking of the business operated by the said Anza Motors Ltd. at Wellington and elsewhere.
