Revocation of Appointment of Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, as amended by the Oaths and Declarations Amendment Act 1972, I have revoked the appointment of the officers in the service of the Crown specified in the Schedule below as an officer authorised to take and receive statutory declarations.

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to the First Schedule hereto to be road, and to be vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas of 15.1 perches and 1 rood 36.8 perches shall vest in Frank Schofield, of Tinui, farmer.

(ii) The area of 2 roods 27.7 perches shall vest in Amy Marie Goodin, Carterton, married woman, and Brian Joseph Bourke, Masterton, accountant.

Land Acquired for a Telecommunications Installation in Block XI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to agreement No. 255257 relating to drainage, for a telecommunications installation and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of October 1982.
