IN the notice with the above heading issued on the 9th day of September 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 September 1982, p. 3013 for “XVIII” read “XVII”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road and to be vested in The Taupo County Council.
