Revoking as to Part a Proclamation Taking Land for the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway in the City of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 5th day of December 1975, and published in the Gazette No. 110 of 11 December 1975, at page 2924, taking land for the Tauranga-Te Maunga motorway, in so far as it effects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8264 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Poike 6A2 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 47906, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “F”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of February 1982.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1982.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 391 square metres, situated in Block VI, Hokianga Survey District, and being part Pakanae 2M2A Block; as shown on plan S.O. 55161, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “B”.
