Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 19) 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 19) 1982.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1982.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notice shown in the Second Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.

Price Order No. 252 (Milk Delivery Margins and Allowances)

I, Desmond James Gasson, being duly authorised by the Secretary of Trade and Industry in this behalf, do hereby make the following price order in accordance with the provisions of section 89 of the Commerce Act 1975, section 25 (3) of the Milk Act 1967 (as amended by section 6 of the Milk Amendment Act 1980), and regulation 8 of the Price Freeze Regulations 1982.

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 252, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 199* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. Price Order No. 241† is hereby revoked.

  3. This order shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1982.

  4. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE
STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF TOWN MILK

Nature of Service Margin or Allowance at the Rate of Cents per Litre

  1. Delivery in respect of shop-dairy sale in any quantity 6.59
  2. Delivery in respect of commercial-user sale or consumer sale in quantities of—
    (1) Less than 12 litres per delivery 13.18
    (2) 12 litres and over per delivery 6.59
  3. In addition, there shall be payable to every vendor entitled to claim margins or allowances in terms of the Milk Marketing Order 1968, the sum of $22.20 per day for every day on which deliveries are undertaken.

Haurangi Recreational Hunting Area

PURSUANT to section 27 of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977, the Deputy Director-General of Forests hereby gives notice that the area of land being approximately 19357 hectares being all of Haurangi State Forest Park and the Pinnacles Farm Settlement as shown on plan S28/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service, Wellington and with the Conservator of Forests, Palmerston North, shall form a recreational hunting area where the hunting of red deer and wild pigs as a means of recreation shall be used to control (though not exclusively) the number of those animals.

The area shall be known as the Haurangi Recreational Hunting Area.

NOTE

No commercial hunting is allowed in the recreational hunting area, except for the taking of possums under Forest Service permit, or on the direction of the Conservator of Forests.

Kaimanawa Recreational Hunting Area

PURSUANT to section 27 of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977, the Deputy Director-General of Forests, hereby gives notice that an area of approximately 23980 hectares being the eastern part of the Kaimanawa State Forest Park; bounded by a line commencing at Ahipaepae trig and proceeding in a north-easterly direction generally along a ridge to and thence in a north-westerly direction along and then following the Kaimanawa State Forest Park boundary to Ahipaepae trig, and excluding Owhaoko A West and A1A situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Taharua Survey District; as shown on Plan U19/1 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington and with the Conservator of Forests at Palmerston North shall form a recreational hunting area where the hunting of red and sika deer as a means of recreation shall be used to control (though not exclusively) the number of those animals.

The area shall be known as the Kaimanawa Recreational Hunting Area.
