PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 29 July 1982, published in Gazette 12 August 1982, No. 94 at page 2635; declaring land held for the establishment and development of the Turangi township set apart for State housing purposes in the County of Taupo, by omitting from the legal description in the Schedule the words and figures “Lot 117 D.P. 29129” and substituting the words and figures “Lot 117, D.P. 29127”.
