Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VII, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Bay of Islands County Council:

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Leasehold Estate Acquired for River Diversion Purposes in Buller County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired together with the right to convey water over part of the land in certificate of title Volume 414, folio 62 created by transfer No. 314984 and subject to electricity agreement No. 412330 and irrigation agreement X14429 for works, appliances and conveniences, necessary directly or indirectly for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of September 1982.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject as to the land firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fifthly described to irrigation agreement X13891 and subject as to the land sixthly described to irrigation agreement X14217 for works, appliances and conveniences, necessary, directly or indirectly for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of September 1982.
