CORRIGENDUM
Special Ministerial Direction—In the Matter of the Family Benefits (Home Ownership) Act 1964
In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 August 1982, No. 100, page 2780, please read as follows, for No. 4 section.
(a) "Chargeable income" means the total gross income for the period of 12 months immediately prior to the date of application divided by 52 together with the earnings of the applicant and the spouse of the applicant except the personal earnings of the wife in a family where both the husband and wife have earnings.

Notice of Final Decision of New Zealand Geographic Board—Reassigning of Place Names
In the notice published in Gazette, 8 July 1982, No. 76, p. 2163 the Geographic names and/or remarks in the Canterbury Land District list should be amended as follows:

Abel Janzsoon Glazier should read Abel Janzsoon Glacier.

Tutai Paku Lagoon is 1 kilometre north of Woodend Beach not 1 kilometre north of Woodend.

Paddy Market Stream should read Paddys Market Stream.

Creamy Corner should read Creamery Corner.

In the notice published in Gazette, 8 July 1982, No. 76, p. 2165 the remarks for the Geographic name Fairton should read correct name for Locality currently shown as Fairton and Fairfield.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Kaweka State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY
18.2080 hectares, more or less, being Block 194, Patoka Crown Grant District, situated in Blocks VI and X, Kuripapango Survey District and Blocks V and IX, Patoka Survey District. (S.O. 8166).
28.1140 hectares, more or less, being Block 193, Patoka Crown Grant District, situated in Blocks IX and X, Patoka Survey District. (S.O. 8166).
As shown on plan U20/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 17th day of September 1982.
