Declaring Road to be Stopped and Land Taken in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken pursuant to section 119 (1) and declares that—

(i) The areas marked “G” and “H” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 857, folio 152, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 808918.4 and 887829.1.

(ii) The areas marked “C” and “D” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 30A/241, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 752117.2.
