Notice is hereby given that “South Island Export Barley Society Limited” has changed its name to “South Island Barley Society Limited”, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name. I. and P. 1980/3.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 10 September 1982 at Wellington was 253.97 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 26 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 10th day of September 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

THE BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT 1965

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 (3)

Notice is hereby given that Countrywide Building Society, whose registered office is at 280 Queen Street, Auckland, desires to accept a transfer of engagements from Western Building Society, and that the society first named in this paragraph has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard on the 21st day of October 1982.

Any person wishing to be heard on the said application should apply by letter to the Registrar of Building Societies, Government Life Insurance Buildings, P.O. Box 1062, Wellington, at least 7 days before the date of the hearing.

As a new edition to the sports instruction series this book makes an effort to cover the basic steps in a variety of dances. It is intended mainly for beginners and therefore the more technical terms or finer amounts of turn and footwork are not included.

The book is well illustrated throughout with black and white photos and line drawings.
