of NU-PINE FURNITURE MANUFACTURING LIMITED, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at P.R.I.
Kunac, Centrepont Building, Victoria Street, Hamilton and
carrying on business as manufacturers:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
1st day of September 1982, presented to the said Court by
H. T. MERRITT LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Auckland and carrying on the business
of merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 7th day of October
1982, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or
contributory of the said company desirous to support or
oppose the making of any order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for
that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by
the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

Register No. 312 (8) 11, a branch of the Taranaki District
of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows
(New Zealand) Friendly Society, on the ground that the said
branch has ceased to exist.
