The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 1, 1982

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 2, 1979, dated the 25th day of May 1979†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is hereby revoked.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for local purpose (accessway), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks II, III and VI, Ohinimuri Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District Council

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Momorangi Bay Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Momorangi Bay Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.
