to be a member of the Appeal Board set up in connection with an appeal by Peter Gordon Morgan against the appointment of Ian Harold Brokenshire to the position of Deputy General-Manager of the Lyttelton Harbour Board, such appeal being against the decision of the Lyttelton Harbour Board in making the appointment.

PURSUANT to section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that British Airways of London, United Kingdom, has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to enable it to operate services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between New Zealand and Adelaide, Australia, on its Auckland/London service. The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 3, 1982
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 3, 1982.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 2, 1976, dated 9 June 1976†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 is hereby revoked.
