PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 16th day of September 1982.
