Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed
by the Horowhenua County Council on the 14th day of April
1982:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Horowhenua County
Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by
the Horowhenua County Council in fee simple and, de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is
hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes
within the meaning of the said Act.”

Classification of Reserve

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VIII, Mawheraiti
Survey District, Grey County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commis-
sioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described
in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by
Grey County Council, pursuant to the said Section 323, and
on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Scenic Reserve, shall hereafter be known as the Tapu-
Ruamahanga Scenic Reserve.

Standard Grade for the Export of Citrus Notice 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the New Zealand Grown Fruit
and Vegetables Regulations 1975*, the Director-General of
Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the
standard grade for the export of citrus shall be as set out
in this notice.

NOTICE

  1. Title—
    (1) This notice may be cited as the Standard Grade for the
    Export of Citrus Notice 1982
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the
    date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. Application of Notice—
    (a) This notice determines the standard grade applicable
    for the export of citrus and shall be the minimum
    grade standard for citrus exported from New
    Zealand.
    (b) The uniformity of sizing requirements as set out in
    8A-D shall apply only to citrus exported to those
    countries listed in the Third Schedule of this notice.

  3. Title and Grade—The grade mark assigned to this
    standard grade shall be Class I (hereinafter referred to as
    “the grade”).
