Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Mount Saint John Domain Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Mount Saint John Domain recreation reserve to be administered by the One Tree Hill Borough Council.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block I, Rock and Pillar Survey District, Maniototo County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Maniototo County Council, pursuant to the said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Appointment of the Waimate West County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Waimate West County Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and subject to the special condition that the Kaupokonui and District Beach Society (Inc.) is appointed, by the said Council, responsible for the day-to-day control and management of the reserve.
