PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall
vest in the Crown on the 2nd day of September 1982.

Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Road in Blocks X, XI, and XII, Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua District

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the
Proclamation dated the 26th day of May 1938 and published
in Gazette, 2 June 1938, Volume I, page 1284, and deposited
in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. 9647 defining
the middle line of deviations of the Rotorua-Whakatane State
highway in Blocks X, XI and XII, Rotoiti Survey District,
Rotorua District.
