A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 9th day of June 1954 to be road, and to be vested as to the land firstly described in the Piako County Council and as to the land secondly described in the Matamata County Council.
