That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitemata City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said City Council in fee simple and described as part Lot 5, D.P. 68646, shall be and the same as hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.
