Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be
Part of the Isolated Hill Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Director-General of Lands hereby
sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the
Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve, to form part of
the Isolated Hill Scenic Reserve.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
323.84 hectares, more or less, Lot 1, D.P. 5588, situated in
Blocks IV, V, IX, and X, Whernside Survey District.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Director-General of Lands
hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto,
as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to
the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Hamilton
City Council in trust for that purpose.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of
Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution
was passed by the Petone Borough Council on the 19th day
of May 1981:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Petone Borough
Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by
the said borough in fee simple and, described in the
Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared
to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the mean-
ing of the said Act.”
