Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks VII and XI, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 20th day of August 1981.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XII, Ngaruroro Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of April 1981, published in Gazette, 15 April 1981, No. 41, at p. 1000, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Block XII, Ngaruroro Survey District, Hawke's Bay County by omitting the words “vest in Te Whana Station Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Napier” and substituting the words “vest in William John Jowsey of Hastings, farmer (as to an undivided 30.4293 shares) and to Eric Stanley Eaton of Napier, accountant, and Eldon Neil Evans of Hastings, stock agent (jointly) (as to an undivided 69.5707 shares) out of a total of 100 shares as tenants in common in the said shares subject to mortgage 390258.2, Hawke's Bay Registry”.
