Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of a Pleasure Ground in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 330a of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 18th day of January 1980 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 1980, No. 6, at page 210, by adding on the fifth line between the words “the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken” and “for the purposes of a pleasure ground” the words “subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 29831 and easement certificate No. 326576.2.”
