Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs, to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (fish hatchery), and further declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY

The Traffic (Mackenzie County) Notice No. 1, 1981

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mackenzie County) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The notice dated the 29th day of June 1959† issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1949 which relates to a road situated within Mackenzie County at Albury is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1981

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1981.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

So much of the notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 5th day of September 1975*, which relates to roads within Tauranga County at Athenree, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Cromwell Borough) Notice No. 1, 1981

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Cromwell Borough) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Cromwell Borough) Notice No. 2, 1972, dated the 26th day of August 1972† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.
