PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
soil conservation and river control purposes, from and after
the 13th day of August 1981.

tions, for Coal Mining Operations, Under Part IV of the
Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District,
Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
together with the benefit of the right of way appurtenant
thereto created by Conveyance 403024 (R. 572/279) and
subject to the rights of entry and other rights reserved by Con-
veyance 2881F (F2/786), Lease 143598 (R. 63/187) and
Conveyance 250026 (R. 262/490), South Auckland Land
Registry for coal mining operations under Part IV of the
Coal Mines Act 1979, from and after the 13th day of August
1981.

School in the Borough of Grey mouth

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto held from the proprietors of Mawhera by David
Anderson Sadler of Greymouth, New Zealand Railways
employee, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease
56093, Westland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a State
primary school, from and after the 13th day of August 1981.
