Declaring Land Taken Subject to and Together With Certain Rights and Restrictions, for Post Office Purposes in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the fencing agreement and mining easement created by Conveyance 366953 (R. 496/609) and together with the benefit of the party wall rights appurtenant thereto created by Transfer S. 383652, South Auckland Land Registry, for post office purposes, from and after the 13th day of August 1981.
