Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the following school has entered into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 20 July 1981.

A copy of the integration agreement is available for inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington.

Exemption from Regulation 82 of the Traffic Regulations 1976
PURSUANT to regulation 90 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts the class of motor vehicles described below from the requirements of regulation 82 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 (which relates to passenger entry and exit doors on motor vehicles) subject to the conditions stated:
All those vehicles operated by Crown Watching and Commercial Security Services (New Zealand) Limited for the secure conveyance of cash or other valuable loads conditional upon any such vehicle, when in motion, being manned by not less than two people, including the driver, while the doors used for entrance and exit by the crew are locked from the inside.

The Road Classification (Cheviot County) Notice No. 1, 1981
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Cheviot County) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The Cheviot County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notices dated the 11th day of February 1952† and the 13th day of June 1974‡, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.

I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller, Marine Administration, pursuant to sections 8a and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Waitara Borough Water Control Bylaws 1981, made by the Waitara Borough Council by special order at a meeting of the said council held on Wednesday, 10 July 1981, and confirmed on Wednesday, 8 July 1981.

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 57, Levin to Potts Road section as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan M.O.W. 36126 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 July 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 15 May 1974* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side across the frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 26559 (C.T. D3/249).

Exchange Rates
IN terms of section 25 (2) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, the Reserve Bank today released outer limits for rates of exchange to be used in transactions involving the conversion of New Zealand currency into foreign currencies and foreign currencies into New Zealand currency when delivery of the foreign currency dealt in will be effected by telegraphic transfer. The following range of rates, for the main currencies used by New Zealand traders in settling foreign exchange transactions, will remain in force until replaced by a new Schedule issued by the Reserve Bank. These rates do not apply to transactions for settlement after the expiration of 2 business days (forward transactions) or
