Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a cemetery for the common use and benefit of the members
of the Ngati Irekehu hapu of the Ngaitahu tribe.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block V, Pigeon Bay Sur-
vey District, and described as follows:

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Chartered Club—Taranaki Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor
Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary
for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing
Committee on 19 June 1981, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the Chartered
Club known as the Stratford and District Returned Services
Association Club Incorporated.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
Chartered Clubs are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing
of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—
Opening at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and closing
at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday—Opening at 2 o’clock in the afternoon
and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at
11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock
in the evening.
(d) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in
the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the
morning of New Year’s day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor
Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary
for Justice, hereby give notice that the Dunedin Licensing
Committee on 23 June 1981, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises known as the Clarks Junction Hotel, Otago.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock
in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the
evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the
morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in
the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the
morning of New Year’s Day.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the following school
will enter into the State education system in accordance
with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration
Act 1975, with effect from 16 September 1981.
Viard College, Kenepuru Drive, Porirua, Wellington.
A copy of each integration agreement is available for
inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office,
Government Building, Wellington.
