The Viard College, Porirua Board of Governors Notice 1981

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Viard College Board of Governors Notice 1981.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on 16 September 1981.

2. The Board of Governors of Viard College shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the education board of the district of Wellington;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
   (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

The St Patrick's College, Wellington Board of Governors Notice 1981

   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
   (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

The Dannevirke High School Board of Governors Notice 1981

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (i) This notice shall be cited as the Dannevirke High School Board of Governors Notice 1981.
   (ii) This notice shall come into force upon the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Board of Governors of Dannevirke High School shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
   (d) One member appointed by the Dannevirke Borough Council;
   (e) One member appointed by the Dannevirke County Council;
   (f) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

3. The Dannevirke High School Board of Governors Order 1964* is hereby revoked.

Reservation of Land
