The Traffic (Ellesmere County) Notice No. 2, 1981
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
N O T I C E
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Ellesmere County) Notice No. 2, 1981.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The notice issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, dated the 11th day of February 1960† which relates to roads within Ellesmere County at Southbridge is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Ellesmere County at Southbridge:
Bridge Street.
Broad Street.
Brook Street: from its junction with High Street to its north-eastern end.
Cryer Street.
Gordon Street: from its junction with High Street to a point 140 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said street from Sarsfield Street.
