Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway
in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the Auckland-Hamilton motorway, from and after the
30th day of July 1981.

Declaring Road in Block VIII, Coromandel Survey District,
Thames-Coromandel District, to be a Government Road
and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby—
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) Stops the said road;
and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works
Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown
land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 30th day
of July 1981.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1260 square metres, situated
in Block VIII, Coromandel Survey District, adjoining or
passing through part Lot 3, D.P. 20904; as shown on plan
S.O. 50187, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Hamilton and thereon marked “A”.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested and
Land Taken in Blocks XI and XII, Cambridge Survey
District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Matamata County Council
and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the
Second and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby closed, and
that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule
shall, when so closed, vest in Edward Robert Stanley Robson
of Taotaoroa, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgages
S. 613597 and H. 064937, South Auckland Land Registry
and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the
said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Cnodhbha
Farms Limited, a duly incorporated company having its regis-
tered office at Wellington, subject to memorandum of mortgage
S. 308962 South Auckland Land Registry, and that the road
fourthly and seventhly described in the said Second Schedule
shall, when so closed, vest in William Forbes Waugh of
Cambridge and Taotaoroa, farmer, and that the remaining
areas of road described in the said Second Schedule shall,
when so closed, vest in William Forbes Waugh of Cam-
bidge and Taotaoroa, farmer, subject to memorandum of
mortgage S. 50752 South Auckland Land Registry, and also
hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto,
for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29,
which land shall vest in the Matamata County Council.
