THE full free and uninterrupted right licence privilege and authority at all times hereafter in perpetuity for the Tauranga City Council, its successors and assigns and all persons authorised by the Tauranga City Council at its or their will and pleasure to go pass and repass with or without plant machinery, equipment, motor vehicles and/or other vehicles of any description laden or unladen for all purposes whatsoever connected with the use and enjoyment of the above described land over and along those portions the said Lot 2, Deposited Plan 31267, as are designated respectively “B” and “C” on the said plan S.O. 51063.
