Land Taken for a Transport Station in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a transport station and shall vest in the Auckland City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1981.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 285 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, and being Allotment 41, Section 22, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 1111, folio 121.

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State Forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Craigieburn State Forest Park,

CANterbury LAND DISTRICT—MALVERN COUNTY

2550.0 hectares, more or less, being Rural Section 41193, situated in Block XVI, Bealey Survey District, and Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII, Harper Survey District. (S.O. Plan 15104.)

1000.0 hectares, more or less, being Rural Section 41194, situated in Blocks I, II, and III, Harper Survey District. (S.O. Plan 15104); and shown on plan K34/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
