Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for local purpose (esplanade), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Lands are Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Manukau City Council on 26 February 1981:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves that those pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby, declared to be reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said pieces of land within the meaning of the said Act.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the Manukau City Council in trust for those purposes.
