Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks III and V,
Totoranui Survey District, Golden Bay County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Com-
missioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the
Crown by the Golden Bay County Council pursuant to the
said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice the
said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the
Land Act 1948.
