Declaring Railway Land at Bluff to be Harbour Board Land and Vested in the Southland Harbour Board

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Wangapeka Survey District

PURSUANT to section 323, Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waimea County Council pursuant to the said Section 323, and on the publication of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Appointment of the Minister of Tourism to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the said Reserve shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Tourism to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908.
