Declaring Land Taken Together with the Benefit of Rights of Way for Maori Housing Purposes in Block IV, Thames Survey District, Thames Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefits of the rights of way as set out in easement certificate H.127032.3 and created by Transfers H.209024.1 and H.222824.2, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 2nd day of July 1981.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in the City of Dunedin for a Technical Institute

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a technical institute the land described in the Schedule hereto such land to be used for the Otago Polytechnic and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Chief Post Office at Dunedin and is there open for inspection that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks III and VIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 4th day of December 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 143 of the 11th day of December 1980, at page 3872, declaring land taken for soil conservation and river control purposes in Blocks III and VIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County, in the following manner:

(a) by deleting therefrom the words:

“PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to the land eighthly and ninthly described, to the restrictions imposed by Part XIII of the Land Act 1908, and the right of Her Majesty The Queen to all minerals, mineral oil, gas, metals, coal, and valuable stone under the surface of the land, and to the right of ingress, egress and regress to all persons lawfully engaged in working any such mineral, mineral oil, gas, metal, coal, or stone, for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Marlborough Catchment and Regional Water Board, from and after the 11th day of December 1980”.

and substituting the following words:
