Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for Transmission
of Electricity (Housing), for the Generation of Electricity,
and for the Generation of Electricity (Housing) for State
Housing Purposes in the Borough of Stratford

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 26th day of March 1981, and published in
New Zealand Gazette No. 36, 2 April 1981, page 843, setting
apart land held for the transmission of electricity (housing),
for the generation of electricity, and for the generation of
electricity (housing) for State housing purposes, by deleting
the Schedule to the said notice and substituting the following
Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

subject to the mining easement created by transfer 98661 and
together with the pipe-line easement created by transfer 559736,
for better utilisation, from and after the 2nd day of July 1981.

is hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 2nd
