IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of HAMBRO SYSTEMS (TIMARU) LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 141–145 Stafford
Street, Timaru:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
18th day of May 1981, presented to the said Court by HAMBRO
STRUCTURES (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at the offices of Messrs Giffillan,
Morris and Co., National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street,
Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Timaru on Monday, the 13th day
of July 1981, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor
or contributory of the said company desirous to support or
to oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928 and
section 81 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977,
and in the matter of part Section 1540 and part Section
1541, Town of New Plymouth, Deeds Index 5/153 and
5/155 (Taranaki Land Registry):
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 22 (1) (c) of the
Public Works Act 1928, that the New Plymouth City Council
proposes under the provisions of that Act and of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1977 and in particular section 81
of that Act to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto
as being necessary for the proper development of the said
land in accordance with the operative district scheme of the
city for uses permitted in a Commercial C5 Zone under the
Code of Ordinances.
And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Town
Clerk, Municipal Buildings, Liardet Street, New Plymouth,
and is open for inspection. All persons affected by the taking
of the said land, not being objections to the amount or pay-
ment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and
send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this
notice to the Town Clerk, New Plymouth City Council,
Municipal Buildings, Liardet Street, New Plymouth. If any
objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
FIRSTLY: All that parcel of land situate in the City of New
Plymouth, containing 589 square metres, more or less, being
part of the land on Deposited Plan 4215 and being part Section
1540, Town of New Plymouth, and being the balance of the
land in Deeds Index 5/153.
Secondly: All that parcel of land situate in the City of
New Plymouth, containing 311 square metres, more or less,
being part of the land on Deposited Plan 4215 and being part
Section 1541, Town of New Plymouth, and being the balance
of the land in Deeds Index 5/155.
Both parcels of land are situate on the corner of Hobson
and Leach Streets, New Plymouth.

MANGERE LAWN CEMETERY (ENLARGEMENT) BILL
The trustees of the Mangere Cemetery are promoting a private
bill for purposes of conferring power on the trustees to extend
the boundaries of the Mangere Lawn Cemetery and for related
purposes. The proposed bill provides that the trustees are
authorised and empowered to acquire land for the purposes of
the cemetery. The proposed bill also confers power on the
trustees to borrow money for the purposes of their powers.
Any communications or notices to the promoter may be
sent to its solicitors, Messrs Brookfield Prendergast and Co.,
First Floor, Nagel House, Courthouse Lane, Auckland 1.
A copy of the proposed bill may be inspected at the offices
