NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 11th day of June 1981, presented to the High Court by METAL SALES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, metal suppliers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 15th day of July 1981, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER OF the Partnership Act 1908, Part 11, and IN THE MATTER OF WAIMANGU VALLEY THERMAL TOURS LIMITED and EARLE CECIL INGLE, in relation to a special partnership entered into between them hereby certify:

CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 51

(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to be conducted is Waimangu Valley Thermal Tours Limited and Company.

(b) The names and places of residence of the partners are as under:

The general partner: Waimangu Valley Thermal Tours Limited, care of the offices of Stacey McCallum Spurdle and Co., Grey House, 2 Grey Street, Rotorua.

The Special Partner: Earle Cecil Ingle of 173 Archers Road, Takapuna, Auckland.

(c) The amount of capital which the special partner contributes is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted is the conduct of the Waimangu Valley Thermal Tours and ancillary financial activity connected therewith.

(e) The principal or only place at which the business is to be transacted is at Rotorua and in the Waimangu Valley and on Lakes Rotomahana and Tarawera and the lands between such lakes.

(f) The time when such partnership is to commence and when it is to terminate is the date of recording in the office of the High Court at Rotorua of the special partnership agreement and the date of termination is 7 years from that date, subject to the provisions for renewal set out in section 57.
