Waikohu College Committee of Management Notice 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Hawke's Bay Education Board hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Waikohu College Committee of Management Notice 1981.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.

2. The Committee of Management of Waikohu College shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Five members elected by the parents of students attending the school;
   (d) One member appointed by the Waikohu County Council;
   (e) One member appointed by the School Committee of Ormond School;
   (f) One member appointed by the School Committee of Te Karaka school;
   (g) One member appointed by the School Committee of Whatatutu School.

PURSUANT to regulation 78 (1A) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting in the seating positions specified in the Schedule hereto of the alternative types of seatbelts specified in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

In respect of any Mitsubishi model L300:

Two point lap seatbelts of an approved type for the use of the rear compartment seated passengers nearest the left

side of the vehicle and the rear compartment seat passengers nearest the right side of the vehicle.
