Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (resting place for travelling stock) over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Huntly Borough Council to control and manage the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.

National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 June 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, New Plymouth to Inglewood section for half its width on the eastern side together with Lot 2, vested as road, across the frontages of part Sections 42 and 48, Puketotara Maori Reserve No. 3 (part C.T. A3/513) and Lot 1, D.P. 13286 (C.T. F2/405) as more particularly shown on Plan L.A. 42/28/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 June 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Himatangi to Motuiti Road section for 13 metres width on the western side commencing 100 metres south of the northern boundary of part Section 779, Town of Carnarvon (C.T. 20D/1365) and extending 200 metres southwards across the frontage of part Section 779 and of Lot 3, D.P. 51700 (C.T. 20D/1362 and C.T. 20D/1363), as more particularly shown on plan L.A. 44/19/5 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Referring to State Highway No. 2, Apata rail overbridge to Carmichaels Road section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 14 of plan M.O.W. 16172 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 17 June 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 18 March 1970* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the eastern side;

(a) For 20 metres across the frontage of part Allotment 213, Te Puna Parish, D.P. 1450 (C.T. 639/221) commencing at the western boundary of the said part Allotment 213 and,

(b) For 20 metres across the frontage of Lot 2, D.P. S. 27822 (C.T. 25D/218) commencing at the southern boundary of the said Lot 2.

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Referring to State Highway No. 26, Eureka to Morrinsville section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 13 of plan M.O.W. 15272 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 17 June 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 21 May 1969* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the northern side commencing at a point 40 metres west of the point of junction of the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 21721 and the State highway and extending westwards for 20 metres.
