Classification of Reserve

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block X, Waipoua Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Hobson County Council pursuant to the said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of Appointment of Board and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Pakuranga Domain Recreation Reserve Board as published in New Zealand Gazette No. 61, 27 April 1941, page 2189 and further, appoints the Manukau City Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.
