A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—WAIPAWA DISTRICT
6714 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 15638, situated in Block XIII, Wakarara Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume H2, folio 1345, and shown on plan U22/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1981.

ALL that piece of road containing 411 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, adjoining or passing through parts Allotments 19, 20, 21 and 22, Section 43, City of Auckland; marked “A” on plan.
