In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 May 1980, No. 62, page 1623, for the words “Matilda Johnson (Mrs)” please read “Matilda Carrel (Mrs)” which last mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Secretary for Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM

Declaring Land Taken for a Quarry and for Road in the Borough of Huntly

In the declaration with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 26 February 1981, No. 21, page 425, there appears a semi colon and commas which punctuation does not appear in the original declaration. The declaration therefore correctly reads as follows,—“Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road and shall vest in the Huntly Borough Council from and after the 26th day of February 1981.”

CORRIGENDUM

Declaring Land Taken for a Technical Institute in the City of Nelson

In the second declaration with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 14 May 1981, No. 58, page 1317, certain words which appear in the declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development on 7 May 1981, were omitted between the third and fourth lines. The declaration correctly reads as follows:

“Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way over Lot 2, D.P. 5485 (certificate of title, Volume 137, folio 86) created by Conveyance 5546 (certificate of title No. 6D/84), for a technical institute from and after the 14th day of May 1981.”

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Lake Sumner State Forest Park.
