Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for recreation purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said lands shall be transferred by the Kapiti Borough Council to Her Majesty The Queen for the purposes of the said Act as additions to the Paraparaumu scenic reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a drainage reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Napier City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Classification of a Reserve

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block I, Haurangi Survey District, Featherston County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Featherston County Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act, the Director-General of Lands hereby gives notice that the draft management plan for the Snares Islands Nature Reserve is available for inspection at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Charles Fergusson Building, Bowen Street, Wellington.

Persons or organisations interested in making objections to, or suggestions on the draft plan should forward a written submission to the Director-General before 15 August 1981.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Whataroa Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Whataroa Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Whataroa Recreation Reserves Board.
