PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1981, No. 15.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Twizel High School Committee of Management Notice 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Canterbury Education Board hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

(1) This notice may be cited as the Twizel High School Committee of Management Notice 1981.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.

The Committee of Management of Twizel High School shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education Board;

(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;

(c) Five members elected by the parents of students attending the school;

(d) No less than 2, nor more than 4, members co-opted by the Committee.

Fixing the Rate of the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Levy (Notice No. 2615, Ag. 12/3/17)
