The Traffic (Ashburton County) Notice No. 2, 1981
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Ashburton County) Notice No. 2, 1981.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Ashburton County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 5th day of October 1973† issued pursuant to regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Ashburton County at Mayfield:
No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester): from a point 530 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said highway from the Lismore-Mayfield Road to a point 220 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said highway from Lismore-Mayfield Road.
Lismore-Mayfield Road: from a point 320 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester) to a point 400 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from the said highway.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Ashburton County) Notice No. 1, 1981.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The notice dated the 22nd day of February 1961† issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, which relates to roads situated within Ashburton County at Mount Somers is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Ashburton County at Mount Somers:
Ashburton Gorge Road: from a point 500 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Hoods Road to a point 320 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Hoods Road.
Buccleugh Street.
Cornyns Street.
Heron Street.
Hoods Road: from a point 400 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Ashburton Gorge Road to a point 250 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Ashburton Gorge Road.
Morgan Street.

The Geraldine High School Board of Governors Notice 1981
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice shall be cited as the Geraldine High School Board of Governors Notice 1981.

This notice shall come into force upon the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

The board of governors of Geraldine High School shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education Board,
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school,
(c) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school,
(d) One member appointed jointly by the Geraldine Borough Council and the Geraldine County Council,
(e) Two members elected by the school committees of the Carew Primary School, the Hilton Primary School, the Orari Primary School, the Orari Bridge Primary School, the Peel Forest Primary School, the Te Moana Primary School, and the Woodbury Primary School.
- The Geraldine High School Board of Governors Order 1965* and the Geraldine High School Amendment of List for Election by Governors by School Committees† are hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- (a) This notice may be cited as the McAuley High School Board of Governors Notice 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 25 May 1981.
- The Board of Governors of McAuley High School shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district of Auckland;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.
