Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the said Land Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife refuge) and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Revocation of a Notice Setting Apart State Forest Land as a Recreation Area—Hammer State Forest Park—Canterbury Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 63A of the Forests Act 1949 (as repealed and substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), the Minister of Forests hereby revokes the notice dated the 15th day of June 1970, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 June 1970, Volume 35, p. 1065, setting apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation area.
